Building on Year One
New Jersey recently announced the first round of Rural Health Transformation grant awards, totaling $83 million and supporting 103 projects across the state. The investments are focused on key areas including health care workforce, infrastructure, technology, prevention, and chronic disease.
These awards are part of New Jersey’s larger five-year Rural Health Transformation Program, supported through a federal investment from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
